Peace maker, loving, stubborn, quiet and intelligent by nature. Other people would say that I seem like I have a very solid personality. They would say that I am organized and detail minded. I tend to perform best where there is a clear chain of command, clear rules, and established procedures. In a structured environment, free from vague or abstract information, I can pursue concrete and realistic goals. I will thrive in an organization where perseverance and hard work are rewarded with status, respect and power. I am valued for your accountability, minding details, and going the extra mile.
